You become a resident of a "Village"
As a member, we match you with a group of 15 other entrepreneurs based on your maturity as an entrepreneur and your maturity in personal growth.
With this group you will forge close bonds, meet at our atypical events and present your challenges during the monthly learning groups.
Each village is thoroughly curated so that you are surrounded by your peers at your own level each time.
You come to a monthly "Circle"
We also call our learning groups "Circles."
Each month, you meet physically with 4 other residents of your village to present your challenges, get feedback, and most importantly build deep connections.
A Circle can proceed in two ways:
- Participants bring to the table their key challenge around business strategy, leadership, go to market...
- A session around a predetermined topic that is alive in the group around the above themes.
You experience a "Crossing" every quarter.
Every quarter we organize atypical learning experiences with depth, called Crossings. These are member-only experiences, but cross village. This way you also connect with members from other villages.
The regular ingredients are: Unforgettable moments, inspiring locations and warm people. We only organize events that we would want to go to ourselves.
Expect vulnerable conversations, inspiring keynotes and in-depth workshops.
During such a Crossing, it is easy to be candid. They create deep connections so quickly that you quickly drop the superficial "everything is going well.

All Rubicon members are divided by region into tribes of up to 250 members, with whom you are in a Whatsapp group together.
Dozens of questions are asked every day, and each time there is a group of enthusiastic entrepreneurs ready to help you. An incredible source of expertise is right at your fingertips.

You relax at the "Community Events"
